Delete your account
You can delete your FreeFor2Go account and all data linked to it at any time, free of charge. There are two ways to do this — pick whichever is easiest for you.
Option 1 — In the app (immediate)
Open the FreeFor2Go app, sign in, go to Profile and tap "Delete account". Your account and all your data are removed immediately.
Option 2 — Request by web form
No longer have the app? Enter the email address of your account below and we will process your deletion request within 7 days.
What is deleted
When your account is deleted we permanently remove: your email address and name, your home country, city and travel preferences, your saved trips and activities, your calendar settings, and your login. The removal is permanent and cannot be undone.
What is kept
Nothing personal. After deletion we may only keep anonymous, aggregated statistics (for example, how many trips were planned in total). These contain no personal data and cannot be linked to you.
FreeFor2Go is operated by Cleannest NL, a company registered in the Netherlands under Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK) number 99497123. Cleannest NL is the provider of this app; it does not sell travel products and does not process bookings or payments.
